Blended from Nova Scotia’s cool climate varieties: Baro Noir, Leon Millot and Castel, this is a dark red with aromas of spice and ripe fruits. Supple, full and easy drinking, this wine was aged with Canadian oak and maple wood for a distinct aromatic style (caramel, mocha, toast and maple).

Aromas of black fruit jam and liqueur, with an elegant touch of smoke, vanilla and chocolate with full bodied tannins. Lively red colour, fruity flavours of plums and cherries with a touch of truffles and leather. The finish is long and pleasant.

The complex aromas of ripe fruit and spicy oak are enticing. On the palate, rich black fruits are front and centre with nice touches of cherry and dark chocolate continuing through the silky finish.

Fresh, elegant and aromatically intense, this wine is everything a good pinot noir should be. Dressed in a beautiful, bright ruby red colour, it hails from the Colchagua Valley. Fruit notes of cherry, ripe strawberry and raspberry combine with hints of chocolate and coffee. In the mouth it is silky, full, structured, and persistent, with fruity notes and soft tannins.

Fruity and approachable, the Great Big Friggin Rose expresses a nice weight and softness on the mid-palate yet has a fruity and refreshing finish. This makes it a great option for enjoying on its own or to be paired with various food options.
